Elected by my peers, the Lodge Chief is the highest youth position in the Denver Area Council. This position oversaw 1300 youth and adults.
· Sat on the Board of the Directors for The BSA, Denver Area Council as Youth Representative for 55,000 scouters.
· Engage and develop relationships with platinum level donors, senior management and board members to include Molson Coors Brewing, Wells Fargo, 9News, the National Western Center and Black Swan Partners.
· Directly led a team of 60 youth and 30 adults and oversaw an operating budget of $80,000.
· Conducted monthly meetings for upcoming events to include planning, scheduling, budget and logistics.
Lead and mentored youth through the principles of the Scout Oath, Law and Obligation.
Elected by my peers, the Director position was responsible for all communications to 1,300 youth and adults.
· Led a team of six youth and six adults to provide communication through social media, email, and newsletters.
· Produced and edited a 16-page quarterly newsletter, The Cony Chatter.
· Led a team to create and launch a new website for the Order of the Arrow.
· Orchestrated the marketing of 22 successful events throughout a calendar year while creating record-breaking attendances.
· Renegotiated pricing and contracted for print services with Publication Printers Corp.
He completed a 1,200-hour service project, resulting in the creation of thirteen backpacks in conjunction with the
Gabby Krause Foundation.
· Planned and executed car show at Southeast Church, Parker Colorado.
· Practiced B2B operation during the fundraising period.
· Raised over $2,800 during main event, which brought in over 75 classic cars.
· All proceeds went to the creation of backpacks full of toys and one big monetary item for kids with terminal illnesses.
